- Two referees evaluate each paper. In case of inconsistent evaluation reports, additional referees may be assigned.
- The Editorial Board will determine the acceptance of submitted papers following the referee evaluation. The corresponding author will receive an email notification regarding the acceptance status of the paper. Additionally, the presenter will be informed via email if a revision is requested or if the paper has been accepted or rejected for presentation at the congress. Therefore, it is advisable to check email, including the spam folder, regularly.

In cases where Ethics Committee approval is not required, an explanation of this circumstance, along with the relevant reasons (such as studies utilizing publicly available data), should be provided.
