Submission Awards
BEST PAPER AWARD
The ``Best Paper Award`` will be presented to a paper that demonstrates significant contributions and impactful findings in the field of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management. Criteria for the award include the subject matter, research methodology, results, and recommendations of the paper. The lead author of the award-winning paper (with the option to transfer the award to a co-author) will receive a complimentary registration for the Emergency Aid and Disaster Management Congress scheduled for 2026.
FIELD-BASED DISASTER EXPERT PAPER AWARD
To promote qualified field research by experts in emergency aid and disaster management, the “Field-Based Disaster Expert Paper Award” will be presented to outstanding papers in this domain. The first-named author of a nominated paper must have been actively engaged in fieldwork at the time the study was conducted, and the research itself must have taken place in an actual field setting. The author deemed most responsible for the paper awarded in this category—who retains the option to transfer the award to another author—will receive complimentary registration for the Emergency Aid and Disaster Management Congress scheduled for 2026.
TOPIC-SPECIFIC PAPER AWARDS
The winners of the first, second, and third place for original research papers submitted on the specified topics will receive a “Paper Award Certificate.” For evaluations to take place, a minimum of 10 papers within that subject area must be presented at the congress.
