- VAT is included in the fees.
- The participation fee covers only the presenting author. If co-authors or guests who are not registered for the congress wish to attend, they are required to pay the audience participant fee.
- For participation with two abstracts, an additional fee of 1,000 TL will be charged on top of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be made after the registration and payment process has been completed.
- Participants are required to deposit the participation fee into the bank account specified below no later than the final registration deadline and send the payment receipt to acilafetkongre@gmail.com.
